Server rack

I order the Server rack battery thinking I had a good place to put it but it was a bit heavy so I opted for the 2-tier server rack. I emailed support about getting casters, and they included it free with no extra charge. They even added it to my existing order so they were delivered simultaneously. Excellent customer service!

Had some questions about my golf cart…

Had some questions about my golf cart battery display gauge which were quickly answered by Talia, and super impressed with the performance of the battery so far. Greg.

Great battery

I've installed one 314 mini and it has worked great I'm adding a second 314 to my bank and with 400 watts of solar should give us a great boondocking system unlike alot of people we use an 1800 watt inverter for light 120 volt things and if necessary run our 6000 watt Gen before nighttime to run things until the next day

WattCycle customer service

I recently contacted WattCycle customer service due to a problem with one of my batteries . They have responded quickly , and Justine is handling my battery replacement very professionally, and has explained the process perfectly . I am very impressed with WattCycle thus far .

The waiting game on a part.

people so far are very nice. There's a phone number for you to call if any issues. But no one picks up. A recording but useless. I never got a call back. I eventually got a response from a email. And that was getting fustrated. I'm still waiting on the fix for the problem. But overall they responded.

Excelent products, good Service and nearby Store

I was one of the first Customers back in 2025 ordered 2 x Mini 314 Battery with bluetooth. Certification was not yet rounded up for Wattcycle. I knew about that. We needed the RCE-R10 Certification for Switzserland to be officially accepted. Later I asked if they could send me the official certification Stickers for the Batteries. Wattcycle Promptly replied and I got the Labels relatively quick. For me, this is an excelent service! Thank you Wattcycle! I ordered a new Wattcycle Mini 314 Battery with 250A BMS and Heating a week ago. They already delivered! I have great trust in Wattcycle and I'm very happy with the prompt Services from QWattcycle! If I could give 10 Stars, I would gave them all :-) Thanks for the excelent Support Lyra!

The 50A 2560 Watt smart battery seems to be of high quality. The App is not working well but thankfully you provide a physical LED monitor which is sufficient to see what's going on with the battery. I would but this again.

Unexpected quality and customer service

Ordered one of the most affordable 100A underseat lifepo4, it's BMS shutdown completely after a month or two in use. Expectations were not high for customer service, but it turned out to be awesome. Warehouse was in other country and battery self-examinations took time, but eventually battery was replaced and it has worked reliably afterwards. Gudos Mihel 💪🏼

What impressed me most when I first…

What impressed me most when I first read about Wattcycle was the price. It was reasonable and affordable compared to competitors. I purchased the 5000 watt unit and the adapter plug to use with my existing Delta 3 plus (with extra 1000w battery) 2000w total which cost almost $600 dollars more than the one 5000w wattcycle battery. It worked flawlessly as an extra battery capacity. I have recently purchased a Delta 3 Pro and added wattcycle battery as an extra battery capacity (more wattage)rather than a Delta extra battery saving quit a bit of money. I planned to purchase another which will extend my storage to 10KW plus 4KW with Delta unit. The inconvenience of using two apps to monitor usage is small compared to the gain. I had a few Technical questions at first about some connection,charging,and monitoring. I emailed their contact and received a reply promptly by Talia. The information was precise, easy to understand. I had a hypothetical question later and received an immediate response pros and cons, and possible danger to equipment failure. If you have questions about this product please contact them. I am not sure if you will get Talia but I am confident you will get a knowledgeable reply. If this is the quality and service this company can maintain I see big things for them in the future. Douglas

Very very pleased

My battery arrived BEFORE the date I was expecting it! Shipping was fast and all was in good order. Had a question about another product and Talia helped me and responded to my emails super fast!

Be prepared for a frustrating experience

I ordered a battery with an adapter cable for an Ecoflow. Initially all went well although the company charges you additional money at checkout to be able to return an unsatisfactory order. The battery came, we'll packed, within a few days. However, the cable, necessary for testing and charging the battery was shipped from a separate location. This item was shipped via the Fedex/USPS system. This has not gone well at all. Two weeks out from ordering the cable has not arrived. It has been stalled in the FedEx system for days and days at a location less than 400 miles from me. The worst part about this experience has been the very bad 'handllng' I have received from Watt cycle customer service. They do not answer phone calls and emails are responded to once per day. Just like dealing with a company in China. Worse. They do nothing but attempt to play you along making then breaking promises. Doing nothing at all to make their decision to ship this critical component by the cheapest and slowest possible method in order to increase their profit by a very few dollars. If you can find another place to get the cable do so.

Had a small problem with the first battery. I ordered, I contacted Jennifer at customer service and after several emails back-and-forth, we settled on a great deal for me on a second battery. So I would rate the customer service at one hundred percent.

I received the WattCycle 12V 100Ah Mini…

I received the WattCycle 12V 100Ah Mini Bluetooth LiFePO4 battery together with its charger without any delay. The battery looks and feels like a very high-quality and well-built product. I will be using it for a trolling motor on my fishing boat in Greece. I had a few questions before receiving it, so I contacted WattCycle by email, and their response was very quick and helpful. Once the installation is completed, I will try to add some photos as well. I will definitely be purchasing WattCycle batteries again for other projects I have in mind. I highly recommend them to everyone. Another thing I really appreciate is their warranty — they are among the few companies offering a 5+2 year warranty, which gives you extra confidence in the product. Thank you for everything!
