Thus far, I have only had email correspondence with customer service but I very impressed! Mihel replied to my email inquiry within a day. I was looking for a Jackery 3600/5000 cable that would be compatible with the WattCell. At this time there wasn't a cable available but they would research it. Found WattCycle after going through a tough time with batteries. Purchased one of your batteries and fell in love with the Bluetooth part. I gave it 4 stars only because I cannot for the life of me bind the battery to the app. Other than that good stuff.

Ordered a battery with ecoflow connector cable. The battery came in good order. The cable a different story. It is now well over two weeks and no cable. In my case the cable is essential for using and charging the battery. Watt cycle has offered no help even though I have been in contact with them nearly every day. The cable was shipped separately from the battery. It was shipped via the slowest possible means. Tracking showed the cable hung up in the system at one location for over a week. It started moving again but IT IS MOVING Backward apparently being returned to Watt. Watt never responds to their phone nor returns messages asking them to do so. Their outgoing message states to use their email. They only respond once a day to email. They offer no help but simply attempt to placate and string one along. "Wait two days and if not received we will send another cable". Two days later same message... wait two more days. I point out this was an order shipping out of California for Idaho. Not a long distance.

I experienced a deep sleep lock issue with my Mini 100Ah BT battery. I received very fast and helpful support from Talia, who walked me through some troubleshooting steps. When it became clear that the issue could not be resolved, WattCycle arranged a battery replacement.
