I live in East Point Georgia. My major complaint is there are no in person workshops in the black community. East Point, College Park, Riverdale, Hapeville,Southwest Atlanta and I can go on! There is nothing!!!

I've had WW in my world for over 20…
I've had WW in my world for over 20 years, and I believe it to be the best weight loss program for me. I'm so happy the smart phone app is smart and helps keep me on track. The virtual workshops are fabulous, and I really enjoy the training videos when I need to move and exercise. Love WW.

Extremely expensive
Extremely expensive. It takes weeks to get through the "clinical" process when all they do is review work from your prior physician and then the medication is 4x the cost of other online weight loss programs. Even the calorie counter, exercises and food recipes can be found on other sites for free. A complete waste of money. Buyer beware!!

App could be clearer but needs are being met.
Despite the app being a bit confusing for me I have had no serious problems. I am a nurse and could find out good data about handling side effects, diet mods on my own. My MD took a good history.

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Weight Watchers. They charged me a large amount of money from my account without my permission. To make matters worse, when I reached out to get this resolved and get my money back, they completely stopped responding to my messages. Taking unauthorized payments and then ignoring customers is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from their billing system.

Love the Team, Not so Much the Experience
I have loved the interaction with my team, especially my dietician. I have been sorely disappointed in the execution of getting my prescription (took more than 2 weeks after purchasing) and the ability to get an invoice that specifies “Wegovy pill” instead of “purchase” AND without all of my other purchase (monthly subscription s). I need an invoice that is simple and specific for FSA reimbursement.

I feel very supported in my weight loss journey. I was hesitant for years to get help. I appreciate the frequent communication and guidance to help me stay on track. My 1st month is coming to an end, and I am hopeful that I will continue to make progress.

I am loving the APP
I am loving the APP! Particularly the ALL IN option. I have realized where my diet is lacking (protein, fiber) and by tracking and being aware, I have completely changed my way of eating. I know this will not only help me lose weight (13 lbs in 3 weeks) but will improve my health!

Very difficult Took 2weeks to start…
Very difficult Took 2weeks to start medication. Web site very difficult. Disappointed that contact was through chat. Constantly receiving notice that my person is out of the office. Would not recommend this program. I wish I did not sign on for a year

Prior authorizations and response time
All prior authorizations submitted to my insurance from weight watchers were denied. I filed my own appeal to insurance and had the denial reversed. Again, I had to do this myself. I’m not sure why I’m paying a subscription to WW when I’m handling appeals. I also feel that there is a lag in response time. Weight Watchers stated that a 72 business hour response time is normal. I find this to be an excessive amount of time when trying to work with insurance companies and get medication covered.

Points Plus
I still love the points system, and it definitely works when followed. I have found the medication system a little difficult to learn to communicate through, however, it has been more successful than going through my primary. I really appreciate all the workshops and fitness classes offered. WeightWatchers has really come along and I have hope that this time I can see it through to success.

New and Improved WW
This new program is so much better than the last few previous ones. The website is so much better, especially the inclusion of calories, important since there are so many more zero point options. I feel full, satisfied, and have already lost 6 lbs in less that 2 weeks.

So much more than a weight loss program!
I am loving Weight Watchers for so many reasons! There is an endless amount of information on the app..recipes, articles, LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOPS (no kidding!), tracking is amazing, groups, etc etc. I could go on and on. I've already lost a substantial amount of weight without starving myself and am learning so much about what to eat. Plus the customer service is amazing!

I really like the weekly topics
I really like the weekly topics. It helps to look at the "basics" in a new way. The app and the new features are awesome. I especially like seeing and knowing the macros. I attend an in person workshop that I truly enjoy and get a lot of it. I do attend the virtual meeting during the week to help me get back to focus. The money I pay for WW is definitely worth it.
