Usually great shipping, they’re only an hour away so getting stuff is usually fast. Ordered Friday with an EDD of Sunday. This time they sat on it until Tuesday, then fulfilled it from an Amazon facility across the county with USPS mail shipping. Very disappointed. Would have ordered from Crutchfield if I knew they were going to do this.

Prior to my turntable order my question was clarified and although the stylus I wanted to add to my setup was not in stock was able to order one directly from the supplier. My turntable order arrived in excellent condition two days sooner than projected via FedEx.

Company seems ok and price was good but my package was picked up 4 days ago and has not moved since and they already charged me for the product I won’t have for over a week. The one time I did not use Amazon I got hosed!
