Worthy was very organized, knowledgeable and respectful throughout their contact with me. The process is easy, but it does take some time to get your money (about 2 weeks) but worth waiting for. The hardest adjustment is learning that resale value of jewelry is very low. Once that settled in my mind, everything went smoothly, and I got a fair price for my ring. He staff are very helpful!

The final sale price was lower than I expected, and the initially suggested price felt significantly underestimated compared to the actual auction result.
The process itself was smooth and transparent. However, the payment was sent later than the timeframe originally communicated, which was disappointing.

Got my ring appraised and have the original paperwork. They claimed the center diamond was .81 carat and the original paperwork plus the appraisal. I just got a month ago both say 1.0 carat. My appraisal came back at $9500 which I know someone selling it would probably sell it for around $7500. They wanted me to sell my ring for $840. This is highway robbery if you want to get less than 1/10 of what your jewelry is worth than this is the company that will bend you over and give you nothing!!

Variations can occur between estimated weights and original documentation or prior appraisals, particularly when those may have been completed under different conditions.
We never want anyone to feel obligated to proceed with an auction. If the suggested reserve price does not meet your expectations, you always have the option to decline and have your item returned.

The representatives are very responsive. I had never sold jewelry before. It was an eye opener that resale is much less than appraisal. I did research and sale price was as expected. They represent the jewelry fairly and photograph it professionally. Payment took on the long side but they stayed in touch and all was great. I would use Worth again if needed.
