Overall a good experience. Customer service was consistent with communication and the process was fairly easy. More information regarding the auction outcome might be more helpful to future customers in the event the item doesn't sell and available options. Recommended by a close friend, whose experience with Worthy had been extremely positive, I decided to take the plunge with my Rolex watch. Given Worthy’s structure, it’s a risk free process. If your strike price is not achieved at auction, the item is simply returned to you, with an out of pocket cost of zero (Worthy covers all the shipping)!
After mailing them my watch, it was evaluated and accepted for auction but I didn’t agree with the suggested strike price. A phone call later, the price was adjusted to my liking and the following day the auction started.
I “watched” the auction process live on my phone, aware of interested parties and their approximate geographic location. Actual bids were posted to my phone immediately after submission.
My strike price was surpassed on the fourth day and I received the money about 2 weeks later, via direct deposit to my bank account.
Communication and directions during the entire process were handled superbly by Worthy’s staff. My phone calls and questions were answered promptly and professionally. Overall my entire experience was seamlessly exceptional, and I could not give this company a more heartfelt recommendation!

It was overall a good experience. Communication was great overall. However, the experience was tainted by an extremely slow payout that took 3 weeks (15 business days) and was probably only done that fast because I started pushing them after 12 business days.

Everything went seem less from my beginning phone call to the final payment, no one tried to dissuade me from changing my reserve amount from the suggested price of $6,300 to the $8,000 I placed. Very happy with the final sales price which was over $11,000 . Thanks for your help and I believe your commission of 14% was very fair

I felt very comfortable sending my ring to Worthy. It I was picked up at a specific day and time by fed ex. I was emailed when ever there was an update on my ring. My ring did not sell on Worthy but, when I received the ring back it was absolutely beautiful. I don’t know how they cleaned it but, I am happy it did not sell. My cost was 0 to send and have ring returned. I would use Worthy again.
