It was very easy to work with them. They make everything easy to understand. Every step of the process is explained to you as it's happening with a timeline of how long each step will take. I appreciated the communication from all of their team members that I communicated with. I do think the value for my ring was low considering what it's been appraised for and what I know I paid for it, however, I do understand jewelry devaluing, and I took the auction price anyways just to be done with the ring but I do think they undervalue the price to the customer. I would cautiously recommend this company.

Legit service, didn’t get as much as I had expected but I’m sure most customers say that. Process was quick except for receiving payment. That took a good 2-3 weeks. But that’s ok. I knew it was a slower service than pawning but you get more in the long run money wise. Good communication. Would recommend.

Worthy never followed through with their scheduled appt
I reached out to them and provided and appraisal for a ring that I wanted to sell. They setup a time to make a phone call with one of their reps at 10:15 am and I received several text reminders. They NEVER called and I waited 2 hours and then reached out to them with no response. I emailed them rep that was supposed to call me and she never responded and then I got a "cancelled" email 2 hours after the appointment. No one has ever followed up or explained why it was cancelled. Will not use them going forward.

Fantastic! I received regular communication during the process every step of the way, they recommended an auction price and I had the choice to accept it or change it, it sold more quickly than anticipated and I got paid in the time frame they said I would. I’d do it again!

Every associate I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The website during the auction was easy to use. The process of shipping etc was pretty quick. However, I wish they would’ve taken out less of the fee and that it would have hit my account sooner. Very trustworthy business and I would recommend to others.

The process went smoothly. The shipment of my jewelry was quick and easy. The process of getting the jewelry ready for auction took a while, but I understand the process. My jewelry didn’t sell at the auction, but Worthy contacted the high bidder and made the sell. I feel like it took too long to get my money. Worthy said it could take 7-12 business days and it actually took 15 business days to complete the payment.
Overall I believe it was a good decision to have them sell my jewelry.

told about Worthy from a friend. I really needed funds and hated to part with my wedding set but my husband had passed away and I decided to bite the bullet and sell my set. Worthy was GREAT. Got me the most I could expect. I know if I took the set to a pawn shop I would not get much at all. Worthy was professional, great at communication, appraising, etc. Highly recommend them.
