Good experience overall. Had to wait 15 min for shuttle to come to parking lot to go to airport. Friendly crew. Parking lot unpaved in some spots. Very reasonable rates.

Good Experience

We use the parking at the Hilton for our vacation recently. We were able to find a parking space with no problem. Upon our return the bus pick us up with no problem. Would use again.

Friendly and PROMPT service both at the lot and the shuttle to-from airport! A better option to the other off-airport parking services.

Slow pick up upon return

I had no issues checking in and getting to the airport in a timely manner. However getting back to my car at the end of my trip was another story. I have to call 3 times. The first time was a voice mail with directions on where to go for pick up. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing every other service come once, I called again. They asked for my ticket number and car type and said someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. 35 minutes later I called back still waiting. They said someone was in the other terminal and would be there in 5-10 minutes. While I waited, every other service came through at least 3 times. This is not acceptable when waiting go leave the airport at the end of the trip, and very frustrating. It will be a very long time before I will use this service again. Park Me Fly

I needed parking for portland maine. They booked me portland Oregon. Not happy. And i cant get ahold of any live person now to help me get a refund.

Very convenient; used this parking for first time, checking in went very easy, I liked that I can leave my keys as I tend to misplace them. Getting picked up from airport was confusing, (read ticket for pick up process) when I called for pick up, person was very helpful

I was charged twice for the same parking space on my son's checking debit card and my debit card. A $50 parking space ending up costing me approx. $110.00!!!! Prepaid then charged again upon checking out because we were in a hurry and I had reception problems on my phone and couldn't show where I had already paid. They had no record at the pay booth.

We used Park-Me-Fly in Orlando and it was very convenient and easy to get to. We waited only ten minutes for our shuttle to the airport and it was only a 12 minute ride. When we returned e week later I called for a shuttle and was told that it would be there in about 10 minutes. It took 15 minutes and both drivers were very helpful in getting our bags on and off the bus. When we arrived at the parking lot our car was parked out front and ready to go.I would recommend these folks, and we will use them again.

Only 4 stars because my car wasn't ready on my return. Paying should be automatic from given credit card rather than having to check out before you get you'r vehicle. Just send us our recipe by email. We would like to leave for home as soon as possible.
