User of Photoshop since its birth and no with terrible plans and no understanding as not used for work but for assisting my non paid art and no understanding from them when unemployed, very harsh handling and terrible changes all the time on using the products, hate cloud! And i'm really sad that their rating has become so low with all kind of alternatives appearing for free. Just a pity of using their software for decades and can't afford it with no work anymore! They dont care about their customers all they want is your money now!
Horrible subscription process. You are given options without clearly stating what which option gives you and once you subscribe to one option, you cannot easily upgrade it but have to wait for the cancelation process to go through before you can re-subscribe. What should've been an easy re-entry into your subscription program made me wish to just move away and start a new. Luckily for you I have all my photos still on your cloud, but is that a business model? You clearly lost your Why and it feels like you don't even try anymore.
I was automatically subscribed to an AI Assistant annual plan that I did not every subscribe to and did not ever use. They charged me $20 to cancel the subscription that I never wanted in the first place. This company is scamming people and I expect a class action lawsuit in the future. They won't care, they've settled before and just eat the cost, figuring they'll make more scamming people than they would have to pay in legal penalties.

I would advise anyone not to sign up with these. They offer the world and give nothing but always take your money and when you try cancel they charge you a massive fee. Terrible company.
They are thieves literally and need to be reported to the concerned authorities: The app does not give you any use for what u thought it . value for money below zero. The app is slow and heavy. They deduct ur payment before the end of the 14 days trial AND DO NOT SEND U AN EMAIL NOT TIFICATION. You go their chatbot and ask for a live agent. They tell you wait till i get your information up then they close the chat and disappear . they did this 3 times today. *****TOTAL SCAM DO NOT SUBSCRIBE****

Absolutely scam. They are such a big company and yet their subscriptions are fraud. I got charged for 2 months after cancelling my subscription. When I asked the customer service why they said they had ‘accidentally’ given me 2 subscriptions. Simultaneously?? They did not even email me any invoices I just noticed the charges on my banking app. Wasting peoples times. There are many better apps now why does anyone even use this dated software. I got the firefly trial and it was worse than Gemini which is free.

I have been using Adobe products for over 10 years and what use to be a streamlined transaction, buy the product, use the key, have the product, has turned into a disastrous downfall of a company. The mere essence of Adobe is a haunting reminder of a company who could care less about anyone they made the product for. It is an absolute disgrace that you made Creative Cloud, which is a cancer to your product line. That program bypasses all PC security measures and runs on start up and in the background DESPITE your very own preference settings in the app! The CONSTANT updates breaking After Effects even further is mind numbing and the features aren't even that great every damn week you updated every app. Oversized. Overpriced. Overhyped. Your company sucks but maintains because you have a monopoly over editing software. Buy third party, stay away from Adobe.
Adobe Subscription is a big scam.When you paid for the subscription nothing tells you that after 2-3 mount you decide to cancel and they force you to pay the remainder for a year.In addition when you try to contact them you cant.They have no support to help you , i found someone after so many tries and they transfer me to the support page where you can do nothing.
