To describe tGood experience, but communication could be improvedhe product exactly, and
Overall, I was satisfied with the product and the service. The quality met my expectations. However, there were some misunderstandings in the communication, which made the process a bit more difficult. This is definitely an area that could be improved. My advice to future customers: describe your requirements as clearly as possible and make sure to use photos, especially close-up images. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures you get exactly what you expect.
Quality/Tracking
The quality of the item and the response to chat 90 % of the time outside of this there was issues were no tracking was supplied item not made to contract But saying not made to contract the quality of the item is great
My experience was good.
Questions were answered quickly and my product was packaged well and shipped to me within two weeks of ordering. I would order again in the future.
Met my specs, shipped in a timely fashion.
This supplier worked with my specification and supplied goods that met it. I purchased transformer EI laminations, which were made to the correct dimensions and free from rust and imperfections.
Cool App
Cool app. Sometimes you really have to refine your search and scavenge a bit to find exactly what you’re looking for—otherwise it’s great.
I placed my order on December 09
I placed my order on December 09, 2025, and as of February 23, I still have not received the goods. There has been no update, no communication, and no sign of delivery. Very disappointing experience — no hope of receiving my order at this point.
As a person who does sourcing
As a person who does sourcing, Alibaba is a great help. It's just that the quality ranges from great to a waste of money, so it's a risk ordering a huge bulk, even when ordering from the same supplier.
