Make sure to adjust your email settings to not get spammed
The seller sent me exactly what I wanted with delivery timeframe and quality was better than I was expecting. However, alibaba sent me several emails daily and each time I tried to change setting or even respond to the seller, it would try to force me to download there app.I had to log in on my computer to stop the ridiculous amount of emails I was receiving.

Great B2B platform for products. I could give it 5 stars, but you do need to be careful of scammers advertising product on the site. As long as you always pay your order through Alibaba Trade Assurance you should be fine. DO NOT WIRE MONEY DIRECTLY TO A COMPANY unless it is one that you have dealt with before and have built a relationship with.

Dropshippers are living off of them
I genuinely didn’t know that all those tik tok shop stuff comes from alibaba or aliexpress, because the prices are cheap there, but those creators dropship them with a 10x price in some cases. I’m not a fool, and started to buy directly from alibaba, but it’s not that easy. Some sellers sell with packs, meaning the price is cheap but only if you buy 5 or 10 pieces. Other than that, I witnessed no issues. The website can be translated into several languages, and the customer service responds in English. Overall, 4/5.

Before I had a chance to open and test the product or even respond it had been delivered Alibaba had sent a message releasing the Assurance Amount. They should have waited until I confirmed delivery and product was working. The end of the given time period was meant to be the 13 December.
