Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.
