I ordered a cruiser for my daughter and received it in three days. The packaging was perfect and all we had to do was fix the front wheel, the seat , the pedal and the handlebar. My daughter and I love the bike. We would definitely buy from here again.

This is my second experience buying from this online retailer out of CA. Both experiences were seamless and required some personal assistance Over the phone and emails from Nik. He went above and beyond again this time to help me customize bikes and deliver huge smiles to 2 of my children. (Last year and again just last week during the Pandemic when availability of all kids bikes have been scarce). I recommend him and his online site personally to all my friends and family looking for a bike without any hesitation. I ordered a Fit Series 22 bmx from America’s Bike Company. They had the bike I wanted and the price was right. My only issue with the bicycle is a 1” crack/split in the brake cable housing, likely not the fault of America’s Bike Company. Something probably pinched it during packing or shipping. I would purchase from ABC in the future.

Ordered 2 new rims one with a 3 speed that came with a shifter for a great price. Installed and shifted like a dream no adjustments necessary. Satisfied with the delivery time and product.
They charged my account and 4 days later emailed me saying bike was no longer in production two weeks later still waiting on a 500 dollar refund
2 different dings/scuffs on my fork which was disappointing. In the era of Amazon Prime, shipping took forever (week and a half). Then again, it was stated in the website. Over all I’m happy with this purchase.

Very easy to order; bike came pretty quickly; looked like the box got a little beat up, but the way the bike was packed, everything was good to go; bike was not complicated to assemble; only complaint is the quick release for the seat does not grip the seat pole as tightly as I would like; all in all, very good experience and a beautiful bike
I purchased a bike and 5 days later I get email saying that bike is out of stock. And they charged my credit card also. Not good experience with them. I will not be dealing with them in the future.
