Bike was in good condition but evidently box was opened in China and the seat was lost .. Have been trying to contact customer service with no return call back

Edit: Nik got in touch and gave refund, after all said and done, I hold no bad will, I recommend to those in the market to deal with nik Asked to cancel a order 3 times over a week, once Fri 4/17 the following Mon 4/20 and then the Fri 4/24 of that week, I got no answers when I mentioned cancellation, but got prompt answer beforehand when discussing the order, and today 4/27 got a tracking #, already disputed the charge because I get no answer for a cancellation, will deny package if it’s still shipped after I’ve asked to cancel

Bike order experience

I was happy with the price, and communication. The person I spoke to when I called was very helpful and advised on expected delivery timing etc. I was a bit surprised when the bike was delivered how much assembly was expected. It’s beyond my capability and there weren’t any instructions provided. I expected it to be setup with minimal assembly required. I had to take it to a local bike store to build it for me.

I ordered Raleigh Willard 1

I ordered Raleigh Willard 1, which was priced very reasonable. As it turns out that model is sold out. I'm not sure if staffing issues are due to the Corovirus, I was told there were staffing issues. I will keep them in mind if I am looking for another bike.

The front rim was wobbly when i spun it. I paid the local bike shop $20 to true the rim. That was the only issue everything else was good.

26 inch GT Pro Series…

I bought a 26 inch GT Pro Series Heritage for $500 incl shipping. Shipped in 1 day and was packed outstanding. Almost all put together and what was left to put on was simple. I did have a difficult loosening the hex screws on the neck to attach the handle bars but once loose, attached bars easily. ABC communicated by email and the transaction was simple. Enclosed free small taillight also. Would def buy from them again.

Very pleased with America's Bike Company when first ordered it took a couple(2) days longer than I expected to get my wheels shipped, but I understand being short staffed, but had problems with the Nexus 3spd. wheel. I called them and they shipped a replacement the same day, so I must say their customer service is top notch, thanks ABC.
