Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. While it was unfortunate that the bike I have been looking for, and ultimately found and ordered on ABC was unavailable, the staff was quick to respond to this online error and help me remedy the situation by immediately refunding my money. They also worked to fix the issue with the product being incorrectly displayed on the site so others would not have the same issue. Impressed with the service and hope to find another bike soon.

We did offer some alternative solutions however after your refusal we did issue an immediate full refund. It has been 48 days since I ordered my bike from this company. I have called and sent messages and they have not responded to any of them. I find this to be a horrid way to treat any customer and I will not be doing any more business with this company and would never recommend it to anyone.

My son could not be happier with his bike. They did not have the bike we ordered originally and they got in touch with me promptly and offered two great alternatives options. Shipped quickly, it was a pretty seamless experience even with changing the original bike. Great service!
Website showed a bicycle in stock
Website showed a bicycle in stock, good price too, $100 less than everywhere else.I ordered it. A week later I email them to ask what the status was since it hadn't shipped. Was then told they didn't have it but were checking other warehouses for it. Couple days later was told they couldn't get it. Since so much time passed from when I ordered it and when they finally told me they couldn't get it, the bike was sold out on the other websites. They should have contacted me right away when they already knew they didn't have the bike.

America’s bike company was great, pricing was right. The bike I ordered was no longer available but they made it right and got me another color plus threw in a few gift items for my troubles, I will definitely order more bikes from them in the future!

The first two orders I placed for new…
The first two orders I placed for new rims were perfect. I completed two bikes and decided to do mine so I ordered another set of rims and when they arrived it was not packaged like the last two. Parts were loose in the box and the wheel liners were missing. Whoever is boxing these wheels up, needs to take a little more care and make sure it’s done properly. Someone, was being a bit careless. Other than that they do have a great prices.
