Our experienced team makes sure that the size is correct and also makes sure that you get any accessories that you are looking for to make your riding experience perfect with everything that you will need. All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. This information was published on our site however we did reach out to you as quickly as possible to see if the wait time would work for you. When it did not, we immediately issued the full refund back to your card. Every other shop in the country is in the same position as us with regard to this backorder during Covid-19. Company was great but the product was…
Company was great but the product was less than great. One of the bearings in the rear wheel him was broken. Rendered the wheel useless. Won't buy it again and still can't ride because the replacement is bad right out of the box.

Needed to find a replacement tire for my husband’s bike. Tried all the local shops. Then went online. The ONLY place to have tire was ABC. Tire delivered promptly. Have reorder another tire to keep on hand. Not sure if it’s a China issue or COVID-19 but bicycle tires are scarce. Very satisfied with ABC.
