When I had trouble ordering online, I called customer service the next day and talked with the most pleasant, helpful salesperson. I ordered the product, was able to use the discount code from the night before, and received my purchase within a couple of days. Everything in life should be so simple and satisfying!

I got a great deal.
I ordered an Altopalm Sunscreen and Nip Man Daily Power Moisturizer. Both products were ordered online, the site was easy to search including options to look low to high and high to low for the clearance items and all others. The package came very quickly, I used normal shipping, and it included my purchases plus some samples. I apparently got very lucky and ordered on a day a contest was going on and I had a surprise in my box for ordering that day. Talk about good fortune. Very Efficient
I ordered February 25th in the evening . I received my order on February 28th. I was very happy with the fast shipping. I also like the detailed email I received regarding my order which included a contact person for help if needed. I will definitely shop here again.

Lower price but different things.
When I received my order,I found it's different from my roommate's which was bought from another website with 20% discount.Though I bought it with 25% discount, the staffs contained in the set with the same original price is less than my roommate's.

Amazing in one word!
These products are amazing as my order was delivered within 3 - 4 days and I have seen a massive difference in my skin in just a few days of use.. My pores are no longer visible, my skin feels smoother and brighter already! HORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience
I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.

A gift
I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. I have not given it to her yet, but I am sure she will be happy with it. The company was great, shipped quickly, no surprises and it appears to be a real Mia, not counterfeit. We will know for sure when she registers it.
