I had a good transaction, not great but good. The steps to move along were not always intuitive. I got mixed messages depending on who answered the phone. I received messages that were untrue about my buying experience. I wanted to use a credit card for my purchase but instead my account checking and savings were drained, which wasn't enough to cover the agreed upon price. It took 3 days to finally get things straight between AT and my bank. The deal was finally done late Friday evening. It seems there's a direction that AT wanted me to go but I had questions that were a step or two ahead.
