Great Resource for Property Managers
Buildium has been a great resource for us. From record keeping to tenant portals to maintenance, it keeps our business running smoothly. Their tech support is second to none. They always answer our questions and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate that Buildium is constantly making improvements as well. The lease renewal work flow has been a game changer and I look forward to more upgrades in the future. The only improvement I would still like to see is being able to include inactive properties in all reporting. However, it's still a great system that we have been using for over 10 years and we will continue to use in the future!
Rowald is by far the BEST BUILDIUM…
Rowald is by far the BEST BUILDIUM REPRESENTATIVE THAT ASSISTED ME!!!He sounded so smart, professional, and friendly!!!He provides a very good image of how buildium representatives handle different concerns. The Buildium customer support service is excellent. I spoke with Jason/Product Support Agent who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He understood my question, patiently walked me through the process and resolved the issue. I was very happy with the resolution and his excellent service. Knowledgeable Customer Support
I honestly called to cancel my subscription because I had become frustrated as a new owner (less than 2 months). I had never called into their support phone line before. Rowald listened to my concerns and explained all the ways Buildium customer support could help me. He made me feel like a valued customer. I asked what his experience was and he explained he was also technical support too. When I asked him if he could answer questions, he clearly knew the software and quickly gave the answers as well as great suggestions on how to make the process easier. I didn't feel he rushed to get off the phone. By the end of the call I was excited and happy at the prospect of using Buildium. Felt very lucky to have him on the other end of the call!
