Compensair received my payout for a delayed flight and wired it to the wrong account and, 9 months later, still hasn’t corrected the error or paid me. Repeated follow-ups produced only excuses, so I’ve now escalated the case to Singapore’s consumer-protection agencies. Proceed with caution.

Hello, We regret the difficulties you experienced in receiving your compensation. The payment was transferred to your account on August 9. Most likely, the funds should have already been credited. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Lazy company

Lazy company, they do not represent the passengers' interest, just simply accept the airline's bullshit refusals.

Dear Laszlo, After reviewing your case, we found that the disruption was caused by an airport staff strike, which qualifies as an extraordinary circumstance under EU Regulation 261/2004. Unfortunately, in such situations, airlines are not obliged to pay compensation, and therefore we have no legal grounds to pursue the claim. If you have experienced other flight disruptions in the past, we would be glad to review those and assist with a potential compensation claim.
