Booking for our group of 7 was easy. I called the corporate office and the agent, Lisa, was very friendly, professional, and efficient . She reserved all of the units and explained how mileage, security deposit, and personal/kitchen kits would be included. We have used Cruise America before and have had only positive experiences with everyone from booking, to pickup, travel and return.

Not happy with this place. Was told to read the fine print. Went to rent a rv. 45 days, paid reserve and wasnt told that at pickup they wanted 6800$ up front. Had to cancel everything and they kept my deposit, even though they didn't inform that I had to pay the total balance at pickup. Shame. 300$ deposit. I called to check 4 days before pickup.

A legitimate Drivers License extension was not accepted because it was paper!!! How absolutely ridiculous! Completely left us hanging on how to get to Canada... fortunately U-Haul was not so inconsiderate and we were able to use a truck from them. We were able to take all our belongings that we were moving with us in that truck instead of shipping it but our wonderful camping trip was ruined because of the illiterate people at Cruise America who do not know what a legal drivers license is. Never again!
