Absolutely amazing. Made the ring exactly as I wanted. Communication was excellent, I highly recommend Custom Made and will be using them to make the wedding band to go along with the engagement ring.

I would highly recommend
I would highly recommend! They were very punctual and worked with us is so many different ways and in all the different steps. They got us exactly what we were looking for and even went as far to remake the ring because it didn’t turn out how we wanted. Not many companies if any offer services like these. I would love to see this company offer these servers for cheeper metals and pieces of jewelry. Showered to find a business similar to them with cheeper jewelry but to no avail. That being said, for what they offered it was very reasonable priced and some fine work!

Completed exceeded my expectations
Everything from start to finish has been perfect! Carla helped me every step along the way from custom designing my ring, to analyzing the drawings to reviewing the finished ring. Great Customer Service & Jewelry
This is my second charm by CustomMade. Both have been for topographical detailed gold charms of very small islands. As I was very happy with the previous work done in 2023, I came back again for this new one. The charm arrived on schedule - actually earlier than the estimated time. The work is beautiful. I had provided some pictures and map representations of the island, and from those CustomMade was able to replicate the island accurately, both in outline and in detail. Communication was outstanding. Every step of the way is detailed, with questions answered, constant sketches and pictures provided, and changes made when requested. I will definitely be back when I have another custom project. I recommend CustomMade based upon my two experiences. My wife is going to be surprised and happy when I present this charm to her while on our vacation. Thank you CustomMade.

I absolutely love my necklace. They did a fantastic job. I had vision of how I wanted my necklace to be and they came thru on exactly what I wanted. I was kept informed of the process from beginning to end, even the packaging was beautifully done.
Custom ring made to perfection
Recently had a customized ring and though I was concerned with trusting the process, I had frequent updates and was included in the entire process up to the completion of the ring. The finished product was very well done and if I decide to have another custom project, I will definitely trust using them again.

The service they provide is top notch. They will send you updates on whats going on and the status of the ring. They rings they design is absolutely stunning they'll work with you on the design process and show you a 3D render so you can see how they ring will look and if you want to make any changes. They also made it easy to pick out the center stone and will show you options and will look for a center stone for you and show it to you before they begin to make the ring. My experience was amazing with them I would 100% recommend them if you want a custom engagement ring they make the most unique designs.

CustomMade project was a great experience. They were responsive, communicative and efficient. We asked for some changes and some more detailed technical information along the way and they were very helpful. The finished product, a family crest ring, is now an heirloom and a high-quality piece we are proud to pass on in the family. And, delivered ahead of expected date.
So happy with the result
My whole experience with Custome Made from start to finish was flawless. I wanted to surprise my wife with an Engagement ring that matches our new special designed wedding bands for our 10 year anniversary. So within 2 months I had my concept in my head to 3D rendered, changed several times and made and delivered and it matched perfectly.
Happy I trusted CustomMade
I was really paranoid about picking the wrong custom ring company, and I am happy and lucky I landed on CustomMade. They were great about the whole design process. The back and forth, the edits, the timeline, etc. All was great. They were a great balance between budget but quality.
Incapable of Listening to 2 Design Requests at Once
Designing a ring with Custom Made was one of the most frustrating endeavors I've had. I repeatedly would request the same things (size no bigger than 3mm, symmetrical design) and they continually provided sketches that did not include both of these elements. At the end it was clear they were using AI as the answers were also "yea great idea" while forgetting the details I had requested. I was extremely frustrated that I had to keep repeating myself and that there was no chance to have a call or video call with the actual designer, that is if they actually have one. I was looking for creative designs and was given the same thing over and over again. It was a BAD and TERRIBLE experience and I would never recommend this brand. Thank goodness I still have so much time because I would have ended up with a botched wedding band if I didn't.
