There are many many logo creating websites out there, but after trying the majority this one is the best. This one has more customizable options than most, excellent ease of use, and it looks like they offer many other services that look great as well. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

I paid for a logo in 2016. In July 2023 I received an email saying that someone else is interested in my logo. If I want to stop the other company using my logo, i have to give them $599. Initially it felt like a scam, but I honestly cannot remember what the website stated 7 years ago, so I do not know if I was made aware of this practice at the point of order. If you go on the website now, it's made clear that you don't own the website exclusively. I initially gave a 1 star review. But updated it to a 3 star review on reflection. However, the company is pressuring me to remove the review, so it's gone back to a 1 star review. I'd avoid this company.

I’ve had a very tough time accomplishing something that should’ve been fairly simple. I reached out to customer service more than once, and spoke with an agent directly more than once, and still have not gotten my revisions. All I needed was a business card that I created to be fixed due to the fact that I could not get the correct font to save. It’s been over a week now and I’ve been told several times that this would get done and still nothing. I will be bringing my business software since I can’t seem to get this done.
