I had the best experience with their customer service person Alan. He solved my issue in a few minutes and I have been using my logo for two months now. I couldn't figure out the ownership of the logo and I communicated to the them and I reached out of Alan. He guided me through the whole process kept updating me too. I recommend their services.

I used Designmantic's logo design service to get a logo for my wellness brand. It was a good experience, the tool was very easy to use and I got logo that fit my brand very well. The colors and fonts are what I wanted. It is a nice tool to use if you have a tight budget and deadlines.

Beware this company will continue threaten you with lawsuits and availability to buy the logo you already paid them for. As you pay them for the use of the logo not the owner of it. Here is the latest email from them. I paid them close to 10 years ago for the logo. Email:

Kindly be informed that we have a client who wants to proceed with the copyrights ownership of the same logo design symbol for the trademark that you purchased from us and using it. You purchased this logo first and used it for so long that's why we are approaching you first to retain its copyrights/ownership right to secure your logo. We have no issues giving him a logo with its complete copyrights but in case if the logo is trademarked then you may not be able to use the same logo anywhere.

Beautiful designs/logos, but be aware that they are not really your designs unless you purchase the rights to it, (not the initial $27 for logo) which it will give you the option during checkout. If I would have noticed this, I would have just purchased the rights from the very beginning. Make sure to communicate with the company about this. They are very responsive.

I liked the ease of changing the logo to fit in with my business. However, when I was able to print it out larger, I didn't like the font I chose. When I went to change it, the site wanted to charge me as if I was starting all over again. So lack of flexibility is the downfall.
Update, Adam saw my review and set things up so I could use the logo I wanted.

Used their site several years ago. Would not have if it were made CLEAR they would text me years later shaking me down for money to not sell the logo to someone else. If you plan to use them I highly suggest having an attorney read their agreement first.
