Reviewers had a great experience with this company, consistently sharing positive feedback about their purchases. Customers frequently praise the incredibly helpful and responsive customer service team, noting that support representatives go above and beyond to resolve issues. Many consumers appreciate the attractive, comfortable designs and find the overall ordering process to be remarkably smooth and satisfying. Some reviewers were not happy with delayed shipping times, missing items from packages, or occasionally receiving entirely incorrect orders. A few other people also felt that the product quality has declined recently, mentioning fragile frames that break easily or lenses popping out.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.DO NOT BUY unless youre 100% keeping them. Purchased a pair of sunglasses that didnt fit. They charged me $9.99 PLUS another $9.99 restocking fee. $20 to simply return a pair is absolutely ridiculous. Will never purchase from Diff again, considering the return fees alone are 30% of the purchase price.
