Used elife for return airport transfer in sharm el sheikh. Communication from drivers both ways were impeccable. Updated with photos as to there location to make it all so stress free. Cars clean, drivers friendly. On time. Will definitely use this company again.

Our driver was waiting for us for our inbound journey to Seville
He made no fuss or comment even though we took a long time to clear passport control.
On our return journey the driver was there prompt.
We accidentally left a backpack in the back seat of the minivan.
After a quick call to customer service they contacted the driver and he returned to the airport within 20 minutes.
We were happy and relieved and so very grateful for the service received.
Would thoroughly recommend and will this company again went next in Seville

Elife sent a driver to the airport that did not speak English, which was a problem. The driver took us to the wrong hotel. When I contacted the driver she said that’s the info she was given. I told her that the info was from Expedia and they had the correct info. She refused to come back, and left us stranded at the wrong hotel. When I contacted the company they said the driver showed us the info. She showed us nothing, left us stranded, took our generous tip and never came back.

The drivers are off the street, not affiliated with any company, and they steal money from customers.
This company is terrible. I booked through Booking.com and this company appeared. I have used Elife several times now between Side and Antalya Airport, Turkey. They are always on time, friendly drivers and clean, comfortable vehicles. I booked them this week and was very stressed with delays on my flight and a missed connection. They organized my transfer without a problem even though I was hours late and early hours of the morning. Thank you, and will continue booking ELife (through Hoppa.)

As a travel agent, I booked a transfer for my guests.
The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the transfer to confirm the booking. He even arrived ahead of schedule, which was ideal for the guests, as they had already check out and were waiting at the reception. The car was clean, and the ride was comfortable. The driver was friendly and helped the guests with their luggage. My guests were very satisfied and highly recommend him.

Horrible first experience. Ride cancelled by system and no refund
My ride was cancelled by their system due to an alleged payment security issue. The payment card was valid, active, and had no problems. There was no warning, no verification request, and no attempt to resolve anything before cancelling. The message even admits the card may have been flagged by mistake.
Despite the cancellation being entirely their fault, the ride was marked as non refundable. I did absolutely nothing wrong, yet I am expected to pay for a ride that never happened.
Cancelling a first-time customer’s ride without notice and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. If this is how new customers are treated, I cannot imagine how issues are handled later.
Avoid if you want reliability, basic customer care, or fair treatment.

Absolutely unacceptable and completely unreliable service.
On the first ride, the driver failed to meet me in the arrivals hall as clearly agreed, causing unnecessary stress after landing. To make matters worse, the driver was smoking inside the car, which is shocking, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a paid transfer service.
On the return journey to Stansted Airport, the service collapsed entirely. The driver never showed up, did not contact me, and did not answer the phone despite multiple calls. I was left stranded and forced to book an Uber at the last minute, which made me late for the airport and at risk of missing my flight.
This company shows a total lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care. Airport transfers require reliability. This service delivers the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this company if timing and peace of mind matter to you.

The company decided to cancel my transport from my hotel to the airport and didn’t let me know they canceled. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. I told my driver the day before it might happen. He said don’t worry the manager will assign another driver. When the flight was cancelled I immediately informed the driver. He said no worries they will have another driver assigned to you and reach out to you. The next day I still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called the company they said they had no drivers to take me to the airport and they canceled my ride. So if I didn’t call I would never had known. So they decided to cancel my ride and never inform me of it. I would not use this company again.
Edit. Elite contacted me asking for more information about my cancelled ride. I provided everything and never heard from them again. Another fail by them. I again would not recommend using this company.

Such a bad limo company! Stay away! Don't use their services nowhere, we had a terrible experience in NY La Guardia. Driver rude, unprofessional his name was Juan. Dirty car, and his attitude wasn’t the type of service Limo professionals offer. I wish I could teach the driver a lesson! And before you ask, I already charge back the amount I paid for the terrible service
