I am having trouble receiving a refund for an item that I returned. I have reached out through phone calls, no answers, emails, no responses, left messages no return calls. Finally was able to chat online and was told refund was issued but contacted my bank and paypal and there is nothing credited or even pending for a credit back to my account. I guess I will have to open a case with Paypal. I am very disappointed in this company. Perhaps this is not a trusted website and I have been scammed.

I placed an order on 6/30/21. Got an email confirming the order. No follow up emails no change in status of my order. I try to call and never get through and they never call back. The only responses I get are by online chat they say it ships the 8th, now they are saying their vendor doesn’t have it and don’t know when they will get it. I asked to cancel my order and they have to check with the vendor first. I didn’t place an order with the vendor all I want is my item or my money back in a reasonable amount of time. There response to everything is you should call or it’s on our website. They hide a lot of information on their site. They drop ship everything don’t expect timely transaction if you’re in a hurry.

I mis-read a product description thus received an item I couldn't use. Its quality appeared to be great, however. The point is the customer service representative I talked to was really helpful and pleasant, tried to find me a suitable replacement and facilitated the product return. Next time I need what they're selling I'll for sure check them out.

We've been ordering our disposables and various other supplies from Tundra for years. We appreciate the prompt shipping and their responsiveness if we need to contact them with a question. The catalog is well laid out and the product descriptions are complete. The variety is good and they have a nice selection of compostable items that help us provide the type of packaging that we like to use. They are consistent with their selection so we don't suddenly have to change what we're using which helps us control costs and remain efficient. The pricing is competitive. They carry a few unique items that helps us stand out from other businesses at the beach. I find it amusing to order "whale cups" from Colorado, but they fit perfectly with our branding and I was extra happy that they were still available after a year long pandemic hiatus. They are also a good source of equipment parts, small wares, and other items that are sometimes tricky for us to find locally or even online. Highly recommend!
