I tried canceling my order that took over 3 months to arrive and it didn’t get canceled and I was still charged for the product that I didn’t want. Also I still haven’t received my order. It’s got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying something online.

RECEIVED PARTIAL REFUND
I returned 2 items and only received credit for 1. I have spoken to customer service twice. I left a message with accounts payable but haven't received a response. I also emailed accounts payable with no response. I have never dealt with a business like this before.

Tundra restaurant supply were Awesome! Purchased a Globe G12 slicer. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer my product questions. Item was shipped fast, and arrived with no damage. The packing BTW was incredible. Even the LTL driver commented on it. Oh and the slicer is nice too.

I'm still waiting on half of my order. It's been over a month. I talked to someone about it, but that was a month ago. Now no one will give me any information on the status of my package.

When placing order it's not clearly marked what products are in stock and what aren't. Then when I realized it was not in stock, I called to cancel the order. Then several weeks I get a email that part of the order is being shipped. To late, it is already being shipped. Now you are going charge me 20% restocking fee for a order that was never supposed to be sent.

I ordered 2 parts for my Scotsman Prodigy Ice Machine... 1 part came in and 1 was marked on back order... long story short it has been close to a months and I have yet to receive my part!... the savings I hoped for (as opposed to buying it from Parts Town) is long gone after buying ice for several weeks... this is the last time I will ever buy from Tundra!... Buyer Beware!...

I ordered freezer door hinge set. It took five days to get an incomlpete package. Means some parts were missing. I have to wait anotger five or six days for nissing parts. I couldn't use the freezer for my business for about 2 weeks.
It totally messed up my business.
What a terrible the service it was !! I will never order again to this company.
