Cooler door hinge broke, restaurant must to maintain temperature, Needed hinges quickly, ordered from another company, big mistake, it took 2 weeks and received wrong ones. I ordered from Tundra, 3 days I had them, correct items, considerably faster and almost half the price? Should have spent more time shopping, five minutes on the web and I would have saved a lot of issues

We were wanting to use Tundra for larger items like equipment and told we were given a discount but prices are what comes up with no account. We but around $500K in parts from their other company and they extended our credit to be used with both companies but no discount. No communication even after they would reach out to us about the account. The only good thing is free shipping that they offer on some orders.
