Our loan officer changed right at the end claims he left for other opportunities. The replacement, Kiera, was curt and abrupt. She offered NOTHING like what we had been told. "Well, I am sorry" was her response. This changed everything we had been led to plan for and we are left assuming this company does not know what they are doing. Our advice is to avoid dealings with them.
