The products were great and arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The main problem is there is no customer service when you have a question. I tried and there was no response to e-mails or phone calls using addresses on the website for customer service. No response, no answer, nothing, nada. It was worrisome placing and order.

No shipping refund for flawed print…
I ordered a print of pale blue dot with a quote at the bottom. I didn’t look closely enough to see that there were two typos in the quote. I contacted customer service and they said they would refund if I destroyed it but not refund the$40 shipping. 🙄

I am beyond disappointed in the service of this company. I ordered from Europe, only for a framed print to ship from the U.S. and arrive with unexpected border fees. This is unacceptable, especially since they advertise having fulfillment centers in Europe. The frame is good and the image quality is decent, but waiting over a month for my order and then being surprised with extra fees is disgraceful. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
