I’ve reached out multiple times to…

I’ve reached out multiple times to follow up on a shirt I ordered at the end of February. Last week I reached out after seeing the tracking label created, but no shipping information because the product hadn’t been received by the shipping company. I followed up and received what seemed to be an automated response . This morning a credit appeared on my credit card . This experience has been horrible for the last two weeks and is unfortunate because this was a shirt I was ordering for my wife as a gift. Tony John

DO NOT ORDER from them.

DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered a print that came with a DIRTY + FAULTY canvas. Had to email multiple images to prove it. They argued that the image was fine -- NEVER said the image was problematic....They THREATENED that IF I wrote another email (I've written a total of three via back-and-forth w/a specific customer service agent without issue), they would BLOCK me. WTF? This was to be a wedding gift and they F'D up but THREATEN me, telling me that not only will I be blocked but that the REFUND is a ONE-TIME LIMITED OFFER. These people are OUT of THEIR MINDS.

Lovely Cards

This company has some lovely cards. I chose ones that I thought would work well for my husband's birthday, for our anniversary and for Valentine's Day. People buy cards online, I think, because the cards at their local CVS are crummy. I wish people who sell cards online, even blank ones, had that in mind, and offered cards that would work well for occasions when people usually give cards. This company has more cards of that type than most, though they could have even more. The cards arrived quickly, and the words I wanted printed inside the cards were nicely presented.

Disappointed I Can't Get the Picture I ordered.

I ordered a framed print to go over my bed. The order was accepted and said it would ship the following week. Two weeks after that I emailed to check on the status as it was 16 days later than the ship date, and it still showed "processing". It took until the following week to find out that the European production team said the mat was too big - but the mat size was allowed on the ordering site and was much smaller than what Google says the max mat size in in Europe. When I asked what the maximum mat size they could make, they said 48". The size I ordered was 47.5"...so when I asked again what the maximum size was since I was less than the max, I was just told they would refund my money. This was done promptly. Be aware that if you buy from Europe on your bank card, you WILL be charged foreign transaction fees, so know they do not have a European clearing house. Only American. So, even though the picture was perfect, they could not make it. But I only know that because I inquired where the shipment was.
