What people say

customer service above and beyond

We came in to have a simple form filled out but Sarah Mae also did a quick review of our accounts and helped us make some simple changes that improved our account structure. She also mentioned looking at our insurance structure as we move into retirement and set up a consultation with the insurance rep to see if there were any discounts we may be eligible for. She really went above and beyond the simple task we initially came in for.

I was transferred to Eureka Patterson…

I was transferred to Eureka Patterson after being on the phones for 10 minutes with a woman who couldn’t answer simple questions relative to stop payments. I asked her to transfer me to someone else as I had lost confidence in her helping me find a solution to an issue I was experiencing. When eureka got on the line, she was confident, knew the answers to the questions I had, and gave me an even better solution than I expected. I’m truly so grateful for her! Her customer service was amazing, I felt very supported and had a pleasant resolution for an issue I was having. 10/10

Patient, Informative, and Genuine Heartfelt Support

To sum up, Rayna Lorenzo expertly and patiently guided this 72 year old non tech savvy individual through a quick and painless loan application. She quickly identified my needs and gave me many choices to resolve my financial situation. Soon into our conversation I felt I had made the best decision reconnecting with First Tech for my financial needs. The situation was handled by Rayna so expertly that I will always be indebted to this caring financial institution.

Joshua T was helpful

Joshua T was helpful, friendly, and polite! Separate isaue: The letter I received regarding a CD, however, was incorrect, misleading, and quite concerning. Instead of saying, “Your request regarding this account has been processed; the info below shows its new status”—because no request had been made when it was mailed out, so nothing could have been processed—what it should’ve said is, “Your CD matures today; if you take no action within ten (10) days, the info below shows what its new status will be.” That would’ve been not incorrect, not misleading, and not concerning…all of which I assume is still what FTCU strives for. 🙂

Scoring a pro bono consultation +

Scoring a pro bono consultation and assistance from Miss Gutierrez set the tone for my first interactions with First Tech. First Tech is professional in that it focuses on good banking without pushing any ideological agenda. The only step up I can think of is formality in addressing customers.
