I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FSJ Shoes. I placed an order on February 14 and paid $174.30 in full for a pair of custom boots. After placing the order, I received only a confirmation email and no updates for weeks about the status of my purchase. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they told me the shoes had finally shipped but blamed the logistics company for the issue. Instead of offering a proper solution, they only offered a $30 partial refund on a $174 order. As a customer, I expected better communication and service. Waiting weeks with no updates and then being offered a small partial refund is frustrating and disappointing. I hope FSJ Shoes improves their customer service and communication for future buyers. At the moment, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

I placed an order on February 4. I received an email that my order shipped on February 9th. I was sent a tracking number but no update on where my package is. I sent an email to FSJ BUT NO RESPONSE! I need my package before February 27th for an important event! This is totally ridiculous!!! I tried to reach out to the courier but nothing at this point I need a refund!

Great customer service. It was my first time ordering from this brand. I usually order two sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit. Well they emailed me and said to measure my feet. They can only release one shoe size and can grant a free exchange of it doesn’t fit. Thank goodness I had enough time before my wedding date. I’m usually a size 6.5 or 7. But for this brand, I was a size 5.5. I started with the 6.5 and then sent a video showing how big the shoe was. They recommended 5.5 and it fits perfectly. I do have a long second toe however I’m not a size 5.5 anywhere. That I don’t get. Anyhow, they were responsive to my emails. Will definitely order another 5.5 heel:) Thank you!

I like the idea that you can get your shoes that are fashionable and boots and have them custom made for your feet. Thing I would suggest is to have the website set up so that people can buy the stock mass produced shoes in one location and people that are interested in buying the custom made shoes in another location. On the site, it makes you pick a size, but if you're having custom made shoes, it should be based off of your measurements, not a stock size.
