I'm happy with my purchase except for one thing. The pipe pictured online was green and therefore that's the color I was expecting to receive. I got a pink pipe, and I hate pink!

In the long description, it did state "this pipe is available in multiple vibrant colors, which are randomly shipped" We have since added this information to the bullet points in the short description so customers have a better chance of seeing this. Scam
I've tried to purchase items through Grasscity.com.au everything processed but I haven't received a confirmation email or any correspondence however have had 3 suspicious charges to my account within an hour. There is no customer service contact information on their page even though it states 24/7 customer service.

poor service
Ordered 2 items that said they were both coming from Vegas, now I’m being told my ash catcher is stuck in Tennessee due to the hurricane. I was charged for both items, emailed a confirmation they were in the same box. Nothing. I don’t trust you guys anymore as no one even sent this info out when I ordered. I want a refund for my item.

I live in Louisiana and I never got my package shipped to me, I can not see my package tracking and it is hard to get in contact with them here. 0/10 don't recommend... I will wait 2 more days to see if they've shipped it if not then my review stay the same.
