I would NEVER recommend Grow Therapy!
After my long-term psychiatrist retired, I utilized your platform to find Medication Management Therapy. Unfortunately, the service I received has been highly problematic and has negatively impacted my health. I would never recommend Grow Therapy.
1. My first Grow Therapy Therapist set up an appointment without my consent. I was charged for a no show which was $140.00. After review they decided the provider was in the wrong and dismissed charges.
2. My Grow Therapist went on vacation without notifying her patients. I needed medication. Grow Therapy Customer Service set up an appointment for me with a "next day" Therapist who could immediately refill my prescription ( this was in May) . While on the Telehealth Call I noticed he changed my appointment to September without any explanation.
3. My 3rd Grow Therapist recommended, canceled on the same day with 2 hours noticed, she rescheduled. When we ended my session she referred me to "her" Nurse Practioner to renew my prescriptions. I had to make an appointment with her. The Nurse Practioner refilled my prescription.
4. During my 2nd session with my Grow Therapist, I asked why I had to pay 2 co-payments. She informed me at that time, she was not licensed to prescribe medication and sends her patients who need medication to a Nurse Practioner that is not even affiliated with Grow Therapy agency! Why did she not communicate this with me prior to taking me on as a patient is extremely frustrating!
4. This all happened between April - July 2026. As a patient managing anxiety, the administrative difficulties and inconsistent care encountered through your platform have significantly escalated my stress levels to the detriment of my health. I had no choice but to end all services with Grow Therapy.

Grow was very easy to navigate. It was also simple to join a session. My original video seemed to have some shadowing, but that seemed to disappear during the session. I was curious as to why there isn't an option to test the audio (speakers and microphone) before the session nor more options to test and change the video.

Great Approach to therapy
I’ve only worked with my therapist, but based on that experience I’ve really liked grow. She’s been really good at authentic listening and helped challenge some limiting mindsets that have been issues for me. Really appreciated her approach. The one complaint I have is sometimes their video portal can be a bit less stable than zoom or teams, but audio issues I had early on are mostly good once I started using headphones though. Still totally deserves five stars though, based on my experience it feels like grow has a very good approach to therapy!

Faith and medication just as important
I have been a patient of Isaac's for a minute now and, I have been able to work on the darkest Traumas because he makes you feel not judged. He doesn't make you feel like your faith doesn't matter. In fact its the exact opposite. The 1st medicalworker in the psychology field that uplifts your faith as just as important as taking your medication. It has been a game changer in becoming mentally healthy.
