What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers frequently complained about severe product quality issues, reporting that internal hardware components, batteries, and screens failed shortly after their initial purchase. Consumers also experienced deeply frustrating customer service challenges, noting that support teams were completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and painfully slow to resolve reported problems. The minority of people were genuinely satisfied with the strong hardware performance, smooth display features, and overall quality of certain devices. A few reviewers even shared exceptionally great customer care experiences, prompt online communication, and fully well-functioning products received during their recent purchases.

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Had my laptop missing from there warehouse when it was collected by DPD and 30 days later still didn’t receive it . Asked me to do a Police Report because of goods being more than 300£ when it is there problem not mine. Eventually they found it at DPD and returned it to the warehouse. Then Honor told me that they will deliver it 14th May but no sign of it . They can not even provide a tracking number . All this problems started on 19th of April and a month later 19th of May still no sign of my goods . Offered 30£ goodwill gesture wich a refused, I was offended that after all my 20 emails and more than 15 phone calls this what they offered. Never going to buy again from them

Fraudulent company.

Fraudulent company. Ordered phone plus other items. Box arrives and surprise surprise the two most valuable items are missing. The weight on the label shows 1kg, total weight of items order 2.5kg. I thought I had a rock solid case. WRONG. Even after supplying CRIME NUMBER from the Police they won't do anything! Robbed of £1,000. Having to take legal action. What a mess.

The worst shipping ever .

I preordered the honor 600 pro on 29 th April shipping for the phones started may 1 its may 10th and the phones reached the warehouse on may 8th but still haven't been shipped meaning they haven't been scanned and packed . They have made me wait so long for a phone . Hopefully it comes in the next 3-4 days.

Fragile phone

I just bought a fold phone from this company, piece of crap just suddenly broke after 3 weeks use by just opening it. If the phone is so fragile, write it in your product details. The phone have no other damages than the broken flip screen. To bad . I was really hoping this was a good phone.

I'd give zero stars if possible!

I'd give zero stars if possible. I bought a phone and 2 months later there was a spot on the screen, it took 5 emails and 4 months to get a repair went off. Not having a phone for weeks and now 5 months later the whole screen has gone black. They say send it off for another repair. They sell a faulty product for over £1000 and their customer service is appalling!

I bought honor ear buds x6 worked…

I bought honor ear buds x6 worked perfectly until the left bud stoped working compleatly and i have 6 monthes left of my warantee so i contacted them and they asked me to send back both pods and case for repair / replacement at a cost and that will take 3 to 4 weeks and last time i checked if on breaks it intitles you for a free replacement DONT BUY HONOR customer service is a proper head stress as i was put through to some one over sees that sounded like he was in india that literaly had not a clue what i was going on about and not literaly not a clue what he was doing AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!

Premium phone with system ads — avoid

I bought the HONOR Magic 8 Pro expecting a premium flagship experience. At first everything was great. Then ads started appearing in the built-in Weather app, with no option to fully disable them. This is completely unacceptable for a device in this price range. System-level ads make the phone feel cheap and ruin the entire experience. I would not recommend HONOR devices to anyone and will never buy from this brand again.

Awful and heartbreaking

Awful and heartbreaking. I spend 1100 gbp on a new laptop that arrived defective, and the company will not do anything about it - their customer service is awful and my present to my wife which was meant to be a stellar laptop she can't use and is waiting in a box to be returned, with nothing back from the honor customer service. Will not buy again.

I have recently purchased an Honor 400…

I have recently purchased an Honor 400 Lite phone. It is fantastic, display, 8GB RAM, reaction time, storage. It says resilient to water and accidental dropping which is important. This is very inexpensive for an amazing phone. I looked at Samsung and would need to pay double or more to get equivalent. My last phone was Oppo and was just ok. But it had only 4GB ram so behaved accordingly. No doubt there are also brilliant Oppo phones that cost more. Magic Lite 8 also looks great.

Don’t bother, buy an iPad. Terrible service.

Ordered a Magic Pad 4 on the Honor website. The site advertised various discounts and bundles that had to be applied as vouchers totalling £100+, which I did but was still charged the gross amount. I have now been gaslit by the offshore customer services team for 3 weeks, assuring me of the relevant refund but citing “management” and “investigations” as reasons for no payment made. On one call, they said I could receive an immediate refund if I just removed the disputed payment flag with my credit card provider (I did not as I have zero faith in this the customer services team, after three weeks of them saying anything and everything at all to get me off the phone, with multiple guarantees that a refund was imminent). Product itself seems ok but I would never buy anything from them again, knowing something could go wrong and I would need to deal with this customer services team again. Avoid.

Didn't quite meet all expectations

I ordered the Magic 8 which had a huge bundle deal (tablet, ear pods, plug-in charger) and a money off coupon, I also paid additional for the wireless stand. I placed my order expecting next day delivery as described on the web page (was a Saturday). It was at that point where I then looked at further reviews and thought I had been scammed because the deal was SO good, almost too good to be true. However, I promptly received my order confirmation email but the dispatch email didn't follow until the Monday which made my worry about being scammed worse until I received a further confirmation email from DPD which alleviated those concerns and delivery was made the next day (Tuesday). The products arrived sealed, and exactly according to my order. Now it has been 3 weeks of using my products I am happy that all the products work well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

SubjectIncompatibility of Honor Devices with Microsoft Company Portal / Outlook

Subject: Formal Complaint – Incompatibility of Honor Devices with Microsoft Company Portal / Outlook I recently purchased multiple devices from Honor: Honor Magic V3 – Order #85050043027 Honor Pad 9 – Order #85070063212 Honor Pad 9 – Order #85070048653 Honor Magic 6 Lite – Order #85170081712 Honor Pad V9 – Order #203-9443284-9689905 (Amazon) Unfortunately, my experience with these devices has been extremely disappointing. My primary concern is that these devices are not compatible with Microsoft enterprise services, particularly Microsoft Outlook when used alongside Microsoft Intune Company Portal. This makes them unsuitable for professional use. After extensive research, I discovered that several of these devices (including the Magic V3, Pad 9, and Pad V9) are not listed as Android Enterprise Recommended devices, which is a key requirement for secure corporate environments. Devices lacking this certification may face limited compatibility with enterprise features and device management policies. Additionally, I found multiple reports from other users experiencing the same issue. For example, users report that Outlook may initially work but then stops syncing and displays “sign-in failed”, with IT departments confirming device-level incompatibility or lack of support. There are also repeated complaints that Microsoft apps such as Outlook, Teams, and Edge either: fail to sign in, repeatedly sign users out, or stop syncing after a short period. These are not isolated incidents but appear to be a widespread compatibility problem affecting Honor devices, particularly in enterprise-managed environments. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support, the agent was unhelpful and dismissive, ultimately redirecting me to Microsoft rather than taking responsibility for a clear product limitation. Summary of Issues: Lack of Android Enterprise certification for key devices Incompatibility with Microsoft Company Portal and Outlook Persistent login and syncing failures Widespread reports of similar issues from other users Poor and unprofessional customer support experienceSee less

Love Honor but there are flaws!

Ok, first of all, I am a fan of Honor, previously had Huawei devices and when they were banned from Google Services, the next best thing was Honor. I've had the Honor View 20, Magic 5 Pro, currently have the Magic V3 and just bought a Magic Pad 2 (refurb). Honestly, I think they have great build and software, so why the three star review???? On the Honor website, if you leave a glowing review they post it, but if you leave anything less then they don't, which is just misleading and petty. In my case, I left a positive review but made a recommendation that they need secure biometrics on their tablets because none of their tablets have it, not even their £500 flagships. They didn't post my review and its just so petty! If Honor really want to compete with the big boys, they need to take on honest feedback and act upon it. Plenty of bad reviews on here about their CS, I've not had to use them, so can't comment on how bad they are, but I don't doubt the experiences stated.

Beware of misleading offers

I ordered the new Magic Pad 4 on release day. Usual mass of offers with it including free keyboard and pencil. When it arrived every thing was fine EXCEPT missing the above. Phoned customer services. They said I had ordered the wrong item, and I should have ordered a Pad that cost £50 more to get the free items. I said if you have to pay £50, they are not free. Offered £30 voucher, which didn't work when attempted to use it. 6 days later, no sign of any progress with Honor. Lovely tablet, misleading false advertising of offers, poor customer services response. If in doubt, order by phone, ask about ALL the deals you think it comes with and take the name of the person you talk to. UPDATE: Customer services behaving like AI (without the I) repeatedly sending screenshots re WiFi range to " prove" their point re deals. However, the £30 off voucher got me a keyboard for £50, which I'm not happy about but I didn't want the tablet without. I'm extremely unimpressed by their customer services and programmed moron personae. Just make sure you get a team of lawyers to analyse the small print before buying from Honor.

I contacted Honor support via my Honor…

I contacted Honor support via my Honor phone asking why the system build in app FM Radio do not work when I follow their instruction to have a USB c for audio jack connect and it do not work. The support asked me to provided them a video recording and I need to have another audio to test. I found that this is unreasonable and only adding problems to customer but not direct helping customer to sort out the problem. Finally, I may found the answer, The Honor lite 400 model does not support FM radio hardware, so the app will not function. I do not know why the Honor support could not tell me directly if this is the case?

Happy about product and would definitely buy again.

This morning after my Honor MagicPad has updated to Android 16 I was thinking that I am really pleased and happy about Honor devices. I had Samsung then moved to OnePlus and then moved to Honor Magic 7 Pro phone and tablet. Bought as a bundle also received 100w charger and wireless charger which is also very powerful i think is 80W. The sound quality from both devices are very good and can be very oud. Picture quality are very nice. Have recommended to my causing which is heppy too.

Got a new phone

Got a new phone . 3 month in was charge it and picked it up was so hot it actually burnt me . Missing MagicPad2 and terrible customer service!

I ordered a MagicPad2 on Tuesday 24th February from Honor. On Thursday I received a free Bluetooth Keyboard but no MagicPad2. On notifying them, they asked for photos of the box, contents etc which i supplied. They said they will carry out an investigation. I contacted the police and supplied them with a police report. It is now March 05th and I still have not received my item. Will ask for a refund tomorrow. Morale of the story is to AVOID Honor. The customer service is terrible, some emails you receive back from them are generic.
