The customer service from Joules was great. I spoke with Jody the second time. She solved my issue quickly, with empathy and took time to understand and take responsibility for the issue. Brilliant. However, the issue with Evri remains unresolved and could have been avoided by using anyone else.

Just bought 2 bath sheets for my son and wife in USA as they love the navy and gold bee ones I have. They arrived in good time and are amazing. Such good quality, I love them! My towels are 3 years old and still look like new. Very pleased! Well done Joules! 10/10!

I have just had a live chat with a girl named Jody as im going to Centerparcs in Penrith on Monday and they have a Joules store there . Jody was amazing today. My parcel from Joules wasn’t delivered despite an email from Evri saying it had been. I checked my ring door bells- nothing had been delivered - I checked next door both sides but no joy. I rang Joules number and Jody was able to check where it had possibly been delivered and then she reordered my order at no extra cost and refunded the postage. I telephoned Joules and spoke to Jodie as I had not been notified that my order was ready to collect. Jodie checked the system and reordered the item for me. The next day it was ready for collection from my local Next store. Incredible service by a very helpful young lady.

I received the wrong size coat. Labels were saying what was ordered but the coat was a different size. I spoke to Michelle on 'chat' and she arranged to send a replacement coat and also collect the wrong coat the next day. I understand things go wrong, its how it is corrected.... Michelle sorted everything for me :-) still a happy customer....
