Terrible company, I ordered 3 jerseys, they keep saying they shipped them but the delivery company have not received them, I’ve contacted customer service and basically just get told to wait for them to arrive, which they won’t, feel totally scammed by them, the jerseys were very expensive and I’ve received nothing and they had the audacity to send me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase, like I’m going to order anything else from them, avoid this company or you will regret it, the nfl needs to look into how they operate, I’m absolutely disgusted by this company and want to warn people about them so nobody else gets scammed out of a lot of money by these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Falcons jacket for my grandsons birthday and I called because I received nothing. I searched through my emails and I found an email sent the exact same time that they sent one for the purchase order. I called and spoke with someone who assured me that they took nothing out of my account which I had already checked and yes it was taken out so I was basically called a liar. So, I am now waiting for the bank to dispute the charges because they never sent anything and they did take the money and they told me that the verification didn’t go through but they were able to take my money out? What’s really going on with this company??? This is happening to way too many people!!!
I would give this business 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey for my Veteran Husband’s birthday. Ordered it with plenty of time before his birthday party. Received my order confirmation and showed the pending NFL charge. Cool! Anyway, the day it was supposed to arrive and did not, went to confirmation email and clicked track order to find out my order was cancelled. Search email for anything from NFL shop/Fanatics to see if I missed something. In my spam I located the order cancellation minutes after order was placed. Called Customer Service number provided. Spoke with a gentleman who “needed to confirm my purchase” anyway after reviewing info with me, apparently the billing and different shipping address was a red flag!? Anyway, got that straight and was told that he could not place order, I had to go back into the app and replace the order, but it should be fine this time. Anyway, get the order after said birthday, only to see my husbands eyes sparkle at his new gift was open. Then my horror when he tried it on and realized the v-neck collar was off centered. Not a little off centered but pointing at his left nipple, off center! Called and was unsuccessful getting anyone on the phone, used the chat feature online. Requested to exchange, although skeptical that I will get one of better quality, was told no exchanges could return, receive refund, and reorder….WTF! Really, over $200 for a Jersey with shoddy craftsmanship made in Guatemala. I would have done better buying a $50 bootleg jersey from China than the absolute crap I received! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

It seems like companies who provide a niche service such as this just dont care about their customers. They will end up making a profit anyway, so why invest the time on making us happy. For example, I ordered a Steelers full zip hooded jacket, "at a discount", from the website. When it arrived it was too big. No problem, I'll just return it for a full refund and get a smaller one, right? Wrong. Even though I met all requirements and returned it basically within hours of receiving it, I was only given $54.41 of my $76.39 purchase. So, because I ended up purchasing another jacket before I was aware of this scheme, I ended up paying $98.37 for an item that was supposed to be significantly discounted. In addition, the quality of the jacket was sub-par. It was thin and looked like the emblem on the back would wear after one or two washings. NEVER AGAIN!
They are a retail shop that does not offer exchanges. So if something doesn't fit, you return it and they charge you shipping. For an exchange because they can't process one. Then to buy it in a different size you will not get the same discount. I will give my business to Rallys or Fanatics websites.

My order was canceled and they said it was because the item was out of atock.The website and customer service representative said it wasnt out of stock. They said it was refunded to a bank Institution and couldn't tell me what bank. The money came from a card that you can't put money on. They showed me a receipt for the refund with no card number, no bank, or anything except the refund amount. These people canceled my order and refunded the money to themselves.

If NFL Shop were a football team, they’d be the Jets offense: lots of promises, zero execution. I ordered 3 packages of Bills gear. Two made it. The third? Disappeared into the void because the courier dropped it at “ABCD Drive” instead of “S ABCD Drive.” One missing letter. NFL Shop had my correct address the whole time, but somehow managed to fumble it anyway. Customer service? Agent 1: “We’ll send a replacement!” (Narrator: they did not.) Agent 2: Same line, same nothing. Agent 3: Pretended the case notes didn’t exist. The courier finally said: “Too late, not our problem.” NFL Shop basically shrugged and told me to chase it down myself. Why am I running side quests for gear I already paid for? All I wanted was to match jerseys with my toddler and celebrate the Bills. Instead, I’m stuck matching him in disappointment. At this point, even Josh Allen couldn’t throw me that missing package. Save yourself the headache. Shop literally anywhere else.

Ordered the same item 3 times - first time it was lost, second time wrong team, then they wanted me to pay to send it back. Seriously. Still waiting on a replacement. Customer support chat is worthless, I finally called. That wasn't much better. Stuff isn't well made. My advice - look elsewhere.
Horrible company! No exchange options. In order to send something back you have to pay $9.99 or you have to get a gift card. If it says that it’s not very obvious. Company is deceptive about shipping times. Ordered a jersey 2 weeks before a game and the jersey wasn't delivered till almost a month after I placed the order. Shipping time said 3-7 days but order wasn't placed on their part for almost 2 weeks. Then when I called about the problem, I was promised a credit for 25% of my order. Credit never came. When I called asking about it again, they said they wouldn't give me credit. Should be illegal what they are doing.

Website clearly says 90 day returns. However, once you read the entire return policy it states that any item that says in small print "Ships directly from manufacturer" or "Ships from partner" only has a return window of THIRTY days! When an item is a gift, it's very difficult to hit that time frame! And no exceptions. Will never order from this company again. Sizing sucks and the return policy is very deceptive.

Do not order from this site. They take your money, draw interest on the funds, wait a few weeks and then state the return has been processed and you will receive a refund in 10 days. They are a fraud and have no intention of shipping any merchandise!
