What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about deeply unreliable delivery services, noting that packages were constantly delayed, marked as delivered falsely without any actual arrival attempt, or lost in transit. Shoppers also experienced severe issues regarding customer support, describing response times as entirely non-existent or pointing out that automated chat bots completely failed to resolve basic problems. Some reviewers were happy with isolated positive moments, mentioning that certain shipments eventually arrived safely in good condition and that individual staff members were genuinely polite and helpful. However, buyers still urged others to carefully check shipping choices beforehand to avoid experiencing endless frustration with tracking systems and warehouse delays.

One of the Worst courier ever in the Philippines

One of the Worst courier ever in the Philippines. It should be zero star not one star. My package was arrived in my location but it was stuck for more than a week. But they did not deliver. Never Ever Use Ninja Van service.

Totally agree with those who said the Ninja Van service is bad. Really hopeless and untrustworthy plus they don't give a damn... Just let you continue to wait. If you don't go find out and chase them, you will never know what is happening coz no notification is send out to recipients for the delay. Basically, they dare not even send any notification because they themselves cannot give you a specific answer when you expect to receive your item. This are merely internal not overseas and already at their Hub but didn't send out. Is like forever there. This is the message I receive when I asked for timeline : "Im unable to provide the estimation date, due to the high volume of the and shortage of the staff for the delivery. But however i will try to push the delivery for you" So, ridiculous and dare not even confirm. Forever waiting. 😤😡😠🤬

Where and who are Ninja Van??

My item cleared customs in Manila Philippines on 11-Mar-2026. Package arrived at Ninja Van carrier facility 15-Mar-2026. Ninja Van then proceeded to document fake delivery notifications from the 15-Mar-2026 until the 23-Mar-2026. I checked global package tracking on the web site “Parcels” & noted that my package with Ninja Van was being returned to sender 23-Mar-2026. Stating that the package was being returned due to many delivery attempts. Zero delivery attempts had been made. Zero cell phone communication from Ninja Van. No notification from Ninja Van that my package was being returned. Emails from Ninja Van “We received your message and will be reviewing your concerns” thats as much help as you get. I cant find any information locally in Pampanga where Ninja Van depots are??

They steel your packages

Their drivers will not deliver your parcel and mark the delivery as "unsuccessful" three times in a row and then steel it. I live in a condo with security and front desk attendants. It's easy to verify if anyone attempts to deliver anything, and they don't. Once they mark it as an unsuccessful delivery three times in a row they automatically initiate a return. But the package never goes back. They steel it.

Really bad service

Really bad service. Very unreliable. I had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday. On Tuesday, I get a text msg from Ninja Van saying that they will be a day or two late. Today is Friday and they haven't even picked up the item from the sender yet. I have very little hope that I will get it today - which is already 2 days late.

Hopeless shipping agent

This is my second encounter that my parcel is stranded when I ordered something from Lazada. I don't understand why sellers choose to use ninja van Malaysia as their shipping agent. Worst of the worst delivery record so far. Ninja delivery man scam and show photos of the delivery not taken from my address. Hopeless shipping agent

Ninjavan - Dishonest and unfit as a courier

This company demonstrates complete operational incompetence and dishonesty. The app provides false tracking information that does not reflect reality. A wrong photo of the delivery address was uploaded, clearly not the buyer’s location yet it was used as “proof” of a delivery attempt. The courier then lied by claiming the buyer was unreachable. There were no calls, no messages, no door attempt. This is not a misunderstanding, it is a fabricated excuse entered into the system to cover up a failed delivery. A courier service is built on trust, accuracy, and accountability. Ninja Van has none of these. When tracking data is false and delivery records are fabricated, the entire service becomes unreliable and misleading to customers. This is not just poor service. it is systemic failure. Companies like this should not be entrusted with parcels and, frankly, are not fit to operate as a courier service. Worst experience ever.
