Great Overall Experience

I bought three Liftmaster shaft drive door openers from NSCD company online had a hiccup with the online discount. I contacted them online and Kelly got back to me immediately and resolved the problem! I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely do business with NSCDC again!

Do not order from this scam company

I wanted to change the quantity of an item I ordered. I tried calling them and no one picked up the phone, I left numerous voicemails and still no response. I sent emails to customer support and you guessed it, no response. I wanted to cancel the order but with no way to reach them that was impossible. They have already billed my credit card. I still have not received the items I ordered or a tracking number it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order. This is the worse online company I have dealt with. Stay away from them because you will be ripped off.

Internet pricing was very competitive.

Internet pricing was very competitive. Website was easy to navigate. Discount coupon arrived at my inbox and sealed my decision. Shipping & handling cost was fair. Processing & Delivery was very fast. Overall it was a 5-star shopping experience! I’ll shop with NSCD again! Thanks!!

Fast shipping and great customer service

Shipping was very fast and the product arrived in less than a week after ordering. Customer support quickly answered my question on how to prep the seal for installation. Advice on the seal. It comes compressed in the box. Stretch it out in the sun for a few hours and it should return to its original shape (depending on temperature) Here in AZ in mid May the temp is in the mid 80's. In less than an hour the seal was back to the original profile

Item received in a timely manner.

Item received in a timely manner. Great point is that the delivery method was clearly mentioned - USPS - unlike some others. Shipping price seemed high for weight/size I ordered. A somewhat larger bulb (1 1/2")with exactly the same T dimensions would have been an even better fit - seemed to not be an option
