I was looking for a replacement bulb gasket for the bottom of my porch door. A Google search sent me to the North Shore website. The variety of gaskets and other door sealing products is extensive. The product descriptions include detailed dimensions, which allowed me to order the correct replacement for my door. My product was delivered four days later and installed perfectly. I’m very happy with my experience with North Shore.
Received prompt replies and order status. ALL emails were found in my spam folder!! Payment emails had gone thru to my inbox but my shipping order emails had gone to my spam folder. I contacted the company and found the order has been shipped and to be delivered today!

It was very easy to select the correct garage door seal format from among alternatives. Pricing was fair. Delivery was quick. The only negative was that the seal was a lighter-gauge rubber than the deteriorated one that needed replacement. Another, otherwise identical door, had a heavier-gauge seal that still was 100% intact. North Shore should also offer the heavier gauge seal.
I place an order, only part of it was delivered. You need to find the locksets and key and have them overnighted to my project. I have submitted several emails with no response.
