All emails went unanswered, very unresponsive. Paid a total of over 600$ but never get the passport. That so called Misty - the account manager is unresponsive and never answered the calls, not sure if that person even exists.
Very efficient and responsive to emails. Kept up to date progress reports and received my passports within days.
Once I learned how to navigate your website and get to the right person to oversee my process, it was smooth sailing. However I must mention that my old passport I mailed to you had a wonderful plastic cover protector that seemed to have gone missing in the process. It was part of my last renewal with another company, and I am sad to say that it was not returned to me with my new passport. I paid extra for that and am unhappy it was not returned to me.
Terrible service. I have been trying for 6 months to get my visa application either processed or refunded. Customer service answers but will only forward me to a voicemail. You can't get anyone on the phone who can actually help. Don't send your passport to this company because if something happens there is no recourse. Better Business Bureau rating of F for failing to respond to over 60 complaints.

I did receive my passport by the desired deadline and mostly had good contact with my assigned representative. The only reason I didn't assign 5 stars is that the information you receive at the beginning in order to get started with the process is somewhat disorganized.

Everything good except not issuing UPS mailer on time- ended up wasting a day.
I was using a third party Gov+. My package was lost. Was getting no info from them so I called Passport and Visas direct and within 5 business days I had my passport. Gov+ has severed followed up. Thankful for the customer service I got from Passport and Visas.
Poor communication. It took several days waisted because they decided that the signatures were “Inconsistent “ after the documents had been checked and approved We had repeat the whole process
I paid for three day service on December 18th. its January 5th and still no passport. They said it was being delivered last Thursday. They sent me a Fed ex tracking link and number except...they shipped it via UPS!!!! And, they put down the wrong zip code for delivery. Now, there is no delivery date on the UPS website. I have no idea where the passport is and I am supposed to leave the country tomorrow.
The process was fairly quick and mostly painless. The people who we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Marc and his team at Passport & Visa Advisors are saviors to our family! We were trying to check in at Charlotte (NC) Douglas Airport the day after Christmas for a trip to Switzerland when we discovered that we couldn’t travel because our children’s passports expire in less than three months (Switzerland has a rule about how far out passports must be valid for). We called Marc in a panic, and he calmly walked us through how to get an emergency passport appointment with the State Department’s passport office (not in Charlotte) the following day, Marc made the appointment for us, and walked us through all the details of being prepared for the appointment,. The result is we got the children new passports less than 24 hours later, and now are in Switzerland enjoying our trip! Thank you Marc!!!!!
