Needs work

I feel this product has a long way to go in order to truly deliver what is advertised. The sound quality really is not good enough to record with, which is one of the reasons I was hoping to use it for. The Jam feature does not do anything it's supposed to. If it was a try before I buy situation, I would have left this one at the store!

Love the amp and the apps

Love the amp and the apps. The Mobile app still goes black when I choose Charles as smart jam. I am hoping they will fix it some time soon as blues is what I really wanted to try. Had some problems with the BIAS pedal and the BIAS FX 2 apps not connecting but, thanks to support with WeiTing got it working fine now. I have seen some say that support from PG is not too good but, I have to say that WeiTing was great with his support help and stayed with me until the problems with BIAS FX 2 and BIAS pedal apps were solved. Now if only Charles "Smart Jam" would work, everything about the spark40 would be exellent. Thanks for your help WeiTing.

I couldn't use any of the amp sims.

I found the amp sims to not sound like real amps and not react like them. The IR feature, which I followed to the letter, just produces static.

My positive grid spark mini is the best sounding device that I have had the pleasure of plugging into.The simplicity of operation balanced by the cornucopia of options available to enable is almost too much to believe . I am playing much more and enjoying the experience more than ever before.Thanks for an amazing device offered at such a reasonably good price!

Works fine

Easy to use, a little struggle sometimes with active pickups in the guitar match but nothing worse than you have to play couple of times more to find a signal.

Almost perfect but..

The only thing that bug me is the blue tooth that unconect sometimes for no reason. Except that that’s a great product 👍

I cannot get my laptop to recognize the amp to update firmware. Line out is barely audible in headsets and Jam music volume is too low to be effective. Effects are awesome

This was a great experience

This was a great experience. My shipment arrived ahead of time and the product delivered all advertised capabilities and more! The sound is warmer than expected and the software for creating backing tracks is very impressive. In a very short time, it has improved my playing. I have tackled material on the guitar that would otherwise not have attempted thanks to my positive grid.

Great Fast shipping and great service. However, I had to pay extra on arrival since customs had a charge (perhaps textile bag) it was supposed to be free of any additional charges or taxes. The delivery man was unable to explain the reason

Ordered my gear as an early bird and…

Ordered my gear as an early bird and was expecting to get it in time. Despite this there were several weeks of delay, and upon contacting the customer service I only got an excuse, saying that the delay is caused by the covid situation. If a company claims to ship the units in a month I expect it to adhere to this timeline, and as Covid was not a new thing I would also expect them to take into considerstion any potential delays when commiting to a deadline. i am not satisfied with how this was managed
