Great products and service
I have a Spark Mini and a Spark
I have a Spark Mini and a Spark, and they are great. I love how I have almost any amp mod, pedal and effect all from my phone app! They sound great and soooo versatile. For a practice amp, for the mini, on the go, they can't be beat.
Beware, company software tracks user personal data without disclosure.
Horrible customer service. Company software tracks and collects personal information about the user that is not disclosed by company. This is reprehensible. I don't trust a word that comes from this company.

This is the best most versatile sounding and portable practice amp I have ever played. Might not work for a sold out stadium tours but it feels like it can handle it. Huge sound and possibilities. App clear and easy to navigate through. Great for home, travel environment. Even though I don’t gig, I think it can handle small local bar venue’s. I give this SPARK creation five ⭐️ stars

Disappointed is best way to explain the way it works or should say doesn’t work. It doesn’t control anything except the four master patches. All it does is switch between them. Advertising is very misleading. It certainly isn’t worth what I paid for it.
