Very unhappy about surprise charges… just warn about possible extra charges due customs for international customers. App crashes frequently and amp stops responding due crash.

Love the products....I have 3 products and they have improved their logistics, however not perfect yet. For, example, my grille was not sent but marked as delivered. It was an easy fix, their support is better too now.
Spark 40
Recently purchased a Spark 40 and absolutely love it. Its a great little amp for practice. I have not played it in a group setting, but alone, its plenty loud. As a set of audio speakers, it's meh. A bit trebly, sounds like an old classic radio or hi-fi. Agin - I absolutely love this little guy as a practice amp.

awesome little amp . i love it !! the app works great .
Spark Control
Recently ordered the Spark control and it came quickly and without issue. The only "negative" I would give regarding the whole process was finding CLEAR and CONCISE instructions on how to use it. The only real option to find out all the aspects was to cobble together findings from YouTube videos.

Amazing!
Amazing! Best amp I have owned. So much in a small package.

I needed a little battery powered amp so I bought the Spark Mini and I just love this amp, I love everything about this amp, the Spark app, the battery life, the sound, the look, the connectivity and the portability, the only thing is that the headphone output is a little low but I hardly use it
Amazing
I was blown away at how amazing this amp truly is. I regret not getting one sooner! Looking forward to what the future holds with Positive Grid.
Spark Amp
I purchased the spark 40 amp for my husband. It came with a free carrying bag and arrived 3 days after I placed the order. This amp is small but powerful and it has Bluetooth.
Great but not for beginners
You think that you bought an amplifier that had everything you see in the adds, Well if you do it's not true. I have to say that you don't have to buy anything it's working well as it is. But if you want all the things you see in the adds it's gone be expensive. But with that said a great Amplifier, but it's not for beginners.

Online purchase with a discount voucher. Not too confusing in all honesty. It'd be nice not to be charged in US dollars tho!
I love my positive grid amp
I love my positive grid amp. It sounds so good! I wanted an amp that I could use in my house without bothering my wife or neighbors And this amp is perfect! It also has a lot of adjustability. I especially like how you can download tones from the cloud and play songs that have cords to follow. I just purchased the Spark control and I’m excited to learn more
Excellent Customer Support
Changing my negative review to a positive one due to the wonderful support received by the Positive Grid team, who were incredibly thorough and courteous in helping me out with issues I was having. Still struggling, but the people who work for the company are solid. Much appreciated.
