Spark control is the most useful item I have bought since Spark 40. It does what it says on the box! It is actually easier to set up and use than I thought. Like to see an option to run without the app, but otherwise fantastic.

VERY disappointed in your lack of customer service. It started over a month ago when I was on Facebook and the ad I clicked on promoted your amp for $199. It took me over to the site and it wasn't that price. Then, after reading how good the amp is I decided to just go ahead and order it for the $30 more. EVEN after 3 or 4 emails back and forth I felt like I was getting the run around. Got the mini amp and it has a big cosmetic flaw. A tear at the bottom of the amp. By the way...you have my money. I would think when someone has a defective product you would want to take care of it right away. AGAIN...MORE emails back and forth...it's so silly. It's like you want to discourage me so I just keep it and move on. I'm sure this will just end up being deleted and I am not one (believe it or not) to be the squeaky wheel but have never encountered this before. ESPECIALLY after spending well over $200.

My Spark Mini arrived pretty reasonably. Good communication that the extra grille would come later, and it did. That red grille is def. the way to go so I put it right on. Amp is well constructed, amazingly small and portable, and perfect for my newbie skills. Love the portability - it works off a long-lasting USB charge. After some messin' around, got the app to work - figuring out virtual pedals. Now I just need to up my skills to match the quality of this little monster.

I do like my Spark 40. Great amp with lots of power and possibilities. I am also enjoying BiasFX2. My only wish is that purchase would be cross platform. Everything I buy in the IOS app should work on my PC and everything I buy for the PC should work in the app.
Inadequate instructions on how to navigate the app and make tone and effects adjustments.
This amp and app are dream products. Love the foot control too. The only amp a new guitarists should own. Also great for the seasoned players. Song genres and guitar techniques mastery only comes with individual, unique tones. This product offers everything needed. Love it!!!!!
