The muffled bassey sound quality is…

The muffled bassey sound quality is quite disappointing. I'm hoping the firmware update with equalizer will help for guitar but I'm assuming it will still leave disappointing Bluetooth music quality. If the update didn't exist I would already have considered selling the amp. The size of the amp, finishing, and app are all fantastic!

A great customer service experience

There was a little problem with shipping, but the customer service rep, Ysel, did a wonderful job of taking care of it. I really love using the amp, I find I look forward to practicing more than ever, simply because it sounds so good!

Shipping box soaking wet!!

FedEx left the delivery box out in the rain!! The outer shipping box was soaked and so was the inner Spark box. I thought I would be calling you for a replacement. Fortunately the plastic wrapper around the amp kept it dry and the Spark functions as it should.

Spark 40 DOA with poor customer service

Bought the spark 40 as a gift for my father. Amp was doa. This totally killed the new gift excitement. Customer support was not very helpful, making him reflash firmware multiple times. All communication only by email and delayed at least 12 hrs. They finally agreed to replace product after he sent videos showing reflash firmware and his guitar and fender amp working fine. The return label took 4 to 5 days to get email. I would rate the customer service experience as terrible.

Spark Mini Assessment

Spark Mini arrived promptly, great sound from such a small amp. Battery power and portability make it really useful, simple controls. Already have the app which I use with my Spark 40 and now have the foot controller too. The tones preset in the Spark Mini impressed me, so I haven't changed them despite doing lots of playing around on the sound cloud with my 40. The only thing I would love as someone who likes to sing as well as play is a microphone channel. Funnily enough a battery and a foot controller were things I suggested when I got my Spark 40, so maybe a 2nd channel for a microphone Positive Grid?

Absolutely love the amp, it’s made playing guitar fun again. I was a bit concerned about a long wait for delivery to UK, but it literally was delivered in 3 days. Very happy customer!

Worth the Purchase

I have had an amazing time using BiasFX2. I originally had this for my mobile app and recently switched to the Desktop version. Still a great program. One of the best digital pedal/rigs I have used and i have completely switched over from standard pedals to digital pedals. There are a few things that could be better, considering I have used both Mobile and Desktop versions. 1)The mobile/tablet version gives me more bang for my buck for the same license as the desktop version without having to purchase additional packs. 2)While using my mobile version together with my stomp rig, I am able to seamlessly switch between my banks without any issues. I can't do that with the Desktop version, (at least for now). These are the major reasons why I haven't given a 5-star review. Other then that, it is an amazing software over all. I use it all the time with all my guitars and bass and have recommend others to consider switching over to BiasFX2.

Positive Grids Riff, Spark along with their BIAS FX and BIAS AMP software are nothing short of awesome. The collection delivers a very rich selection of modeling tools to work with. Very much a 'Must Have' for any guitarist.

When I ordered my amp,headphones

When I ordered my amp,headphones, and footswitch back in March there was a promise of order now get free bag for Amp. When I filled out order bag was on order form. I recieved my Amp almost a month later no bag and no footswitch. Footswitch eventually came still no bag. I emailed positive grid several times about bag. Finally got email with representative calling me a liar and saying they didn't offer a bag and I wasn't going to recieve it. Fast forward positive grid just processed my order now in September. I did a four installment payment plan back in March. They took my initial payment out and now they took another initial payment out in September and are taking another payment out tomorrow. Now I havd to do the footwork going back and fourth to m y bank to fix problem. So yes I've had a bad experience with positive grid
