What people say
I love everything about the Spark
I love everything about the Spark. I got a regular size and also a mini. Size wise the regular is easy to carry but since I like to take my guitar to work and practice during breaks, I take the mini to work because I don’t want to carry too many things. The sound and volume from these amps are awesome. The effects, awesome. The app integration and blue tooth with my phone, awesome. I recommend it to everyone.

excellent, Great Product!
Tone and Versatility in a little box!
I love the tone and versatility that is packed into such a small amp. It is portable and the battery-life is outstanding.

I returned a Mini via USPS (probably my first mistake). Over and over the response was "We have not recieved your amp. Please send your tracking number (5 times). Don't know how else to satisfy your response.

Hi Robert, We apologize for the inconvenience! Did you return the amp with an RMA and a shipping label provided by us? Any return has to go through standard procedure. Please contact us again at https://help.positivegrid.com with your order number, tracking and any other info you can provide. Thanks!
great product - poor tutorials
A great product, with quick responses on help by staff, but the presumption seems to be that everyone is a tech head and the issue of little or inadequate tutorials remains.
Shipping was a bit slow
Shipping was a bit slow. Otherwise, pleased with mini!

I purchased a Spark and Spark Mini. They are absolutely amazing! I use them almost every day. My only complaint is the very long delivery time.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, product as expected. A nice addition to my Spark40.
I am not impressed with the Spark Mini…
I am not impressed with the Spark Mini at all. The models are not particularly accurate. There is general “boomy” sound on all models. EQ doesn’t always resolve that. Limiting the number of effects is also a disappointment. The smart jam seems worthless (unless I’m doing something wrong - which is possible). I tried a simple 12 bar blues several times and never got a useable blues track. YouTube influencers are raving about it but I don’t get it.

Hi David, Sorry to hear your not totally happy with your purchase! The amp models should not be boomy. Please check to make sure there aren’t too many effects on, as well as anything else that might interfere with the sound. If you would like assistance please contact us at https://help.positivegrid.com Thanks!
I can't live without this
Love the amp and everything about it!
Positive Grid Spark Amp - One Year in.
I have owned the Positive Grid Spark Amp for over a year now and it is still an amazing musical partner. The update that Positive Grid out out went through without a hitch. The construction of the amp has shown its value in the past year. It is solid and put together well and have had no issues with knobs, speakers or memory functions. This amp is worth the price and will last you for years.
Thank you Positive Grid!
My purchasing experience was seamless. I ordered online and received my order within a week.

Hi Craig, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience! After the initial connection to the Spark App, you need to make a 2nd Bluetooth connection to play music through the Mini. Press down the pair button for 1-2 seconds, it will light blue. Choose “Spark Mini Audio” in the Bluetooth choices on your device. If you have additional questions please contact us at https://help.positivegrid.com. We are happy to assist you. Thanks!

Absolutely the best combination of sound quality, usability, and customization in the PC/MAC or IOS. Especially in the IOS as it is almost the same app in PC/MAC, same features and design. Really great software!
