This company is horrible to deal with. Find another company for your own safety. I bought a pair of -21 db kids ear muffs. this company was recommended to me by my son's music school. i hoped to be happy with my purchase. the product said they were "retractable" and "fit all sizes". Well, they were just a little too small for my son. Turns out they aren't retractable stainless steel. It's a fixed piece of plastic. It doesn't extend to fit confortably or my sons ears. When I contacted support, they were less than forthcoming about my claims, and mostly dismissive offering no real solutions. Might have been the worst customer experience I've had in my life. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.

Love the product, have already got exact one, now showing wear & tear after 4+ years but unfortunately new case does not fit my iPad mini, it’s simply too small by a fraction even with my clearly submitted model number A2133. Dont know what happened but I can’t use it and will have to return.

AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BREAK YOUR IPAD SCREEN!!!
I bought this iPad case back in September. When I tried to insert my iPad in it, the SCREEN CRACKED!!! I checked it twice, before and after buying, and it was the exact same model deemed suitable by the manufacturer. I had to pay over £100 to fix my screen, which of course, wasn’t compensated, given the terrible, inattentive service by ProCase. Shame on them. These cheap cases are not suitable for original iPads so move on and buy somewhere else, is my strong advice.

used these with 2 handheld leaf blowers together and they did a fine job muffling out the sound. No issues. Comfortable with a good seal and plenty of room around the ears.
